Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) has worked on this exciting Mall Renovation project in Atlanta, GA since 2013. Led by Craig Chinn, AIA and Alexandra Gomez the project is designed to transform a traditional interior mall into the feeling of an outdoor shopping destination. This was achieved by building out new storefronts using exterior style materials such as: OmegaLite Panels, LongBoard, Stucco, and stone columns. The finishes, colors, and materials that the shoppers would experience needed to represent the outside environment. We worked closely with vendors like, Mirage Tile, Afalux Tile, and American Import Tile. This attention to detail is what makes this such a successful project for ADC and the Perimeter Mall. Architecture Design Collaborative was integral in all aspects of this Mall Renovation project with designing and directing all of the architectural changes, exterior entrance changes, signage, custom lighting as well as regular mall lighting, restroom design and renovation, FF&E and all other aspects. ADC has a long history of Mall Renovations as well as Retail projects across the country. We also played a critical role in the signage, FF&E, custom furniture, & development and design of the custom lighting fixtures.
