ADC designed this 16K SF new city hall as part of a larger mixed-use development comprised of the City Hall in addition to Permanent Supportive Housing. Located on a 2.2-acre portion of the existing city hall site, the public-private partnership between Jamboree and the City of San Juan Capistrano is a collaborative example of how a creative approach to both housing solutions and land use can benefit local communities. The City Hall will feature a one-stop shop for their constituents making it easier to communicate with multiple departments in one visit. The project will be designed to be a state-of-the-art complex that combines cutting-edge renewable energy technologies, sustainable design and construction techniques, sustainable materials, and green operational practice.
