Urban Infrastructure Meets Community Function
Designing and building a laundromat inside a high-rise comes with unique challenges—but ones our team embraced. Coordinating new sewer lines to serve dozens of commercial washers required precision planning for Suds in the City PA. This involved deep collaboration with city officials. Extensive upgrades were also necessary to meet the electrical and gas demands of modern commercial laundry equipment. From infrastructure to finish carpentry, every detail had to balance technical performance with customer experience.
