Design Innovation

In response to Arizona’s warm climate, our design team implemented multiple creative shade solutions throughout the center. The project features custom-designed structures including private cabanas and large pavilions working together to create comfortable spaces for shoppers to relax and socialize.

Enhanced Common Areas

The renovation was a complete overhaul of common area courts and corridors, introducing new exterior furniture and vibrant color schemes across all building facades. Additionally, the refreshed design creates an inviting atmosphere that complements the center’s premium retail offerings while maintaining its distinctive character.

Community-Focused Features

The redesigned center now has several community spaces including a dedicated kids’ play zone with state-of-the-art equipment, outdoor dining courts, and an engaging pedestrian plaza.

Lighting and Landscaping

The project included sophisticated lighting solutions and updated landscaping throughout the property, creating an enhanced shopping environment that transitions from day to night.
