Description: This Development consist of 63 Permanent supportive housing units for the Chronically Homeless. There is a mix of studios and 1 bedroom units. The building is 5-stories of Type-III construction on grade and is located within a ¼ mile of metro stops in the Westlake area of Los Angeles. In addition to the 63 units there is also community space, community services such as counseling and job training. There is a roof deck and community space over looking the Westlake Neighborhood.
