Trabuco Plaza was a renovation of an existing building that consisted of interior improvements and an exterior remodel. The interior project included a structural analysis of the existing structure and a division of the space to house three new tenants. In addition, a common outdoor patio was created with a minor alteration of the parking layout. Teamwork with Civil Engineering and Landscape Architects contributed to creating a great, new open space oriented to serve the public and enhance the experience for visitors. The exterior renovation included replacement of windows and doors, new roof material, and incorporation of decorative elements around existing openings. The re-stucco on exterior walls and new siding in combination with new canopies and accent lights gave an updated fresh farm-style to the building.
