Chris joined Architectural Design Collaborative in June 2014 as the Principal responsible for Multi-Family Design and overseeing the design and planning of all of our residential and mixed-use projects. Chris has 23 years of experience specializing in High-Density residential design. 

As a designer and architect, he has played key roles in numerous projects, from conceptual design and site planning to construction documents and administration. Chris’s true value to clients is his broad experience which has given him the technical knowledge required to design complex building types while avoiding cost-incurring pitfalls. 

He has an innate ability to work creatively with clients with an extensive understanding of potential constraints. As a result, he consistently maximizes density while maintaining a high degree of design integrity and livability to produce award-winning and financially successful projects.
