Description: This shell space and tenant improvement project for Brandy Melville is located at the Ala Moana Center, the largest shopping mall in Hawaii. Led by Craig Chinn, the ADC team consisted of a full interior shell space renovation that included new interior finishes, ceiling, lighting, service alcove and restroom. The scope also included a new brake metal finished storefront designed to be aesthetically pleasing, while being able to withstand hurricane force winds. Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) also coordinated and managed Structural and MEP consultants for utility and structural improvements required by the tenant.
