Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) was very excited to see this project thru to completion in 2014. Led by Craig Chinn, the ADC team while at our previous firm we continued on to finish the project as the Owners Representatives. As ADC we did numerous additions to the mall as well as other tenants. Architecture Design Collaborative was integral in all aspects of this Mall Renovation project with designing or directing all of the architectural changes, exterior entrance changes, signage, custom lighting as well as regular mall lighting, restroom design and renovation, FF&E and all other aspects. This renovation consisted of replacement of the entire common area flooring including tile and carpet areas. The mall received a fresh and bright paint palette throughout the interior. New amenities were designed and installed for the common area. Exterior improvements included new paint and signage modifications at all 7 mall entrances. The food court received all of these upgrades as well as a new furniture package.
