H&M Northstar Mall
San Antonio, TX
Client: H&M
Facts: Direct Tenant, 23,500 SF
Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) led by Craig Chinn, AIA and Alexandra Gomez met many challenges to create this location. To provide visibility and direct access to the storefront it was necessary to construct a small bridge that would link to the existing ADA non-conforming bridge to lead you to the walkway in front of the store. ADC worked with the Texas accessibility reviewer, the Mall, the City of Fort Worth and the General Contractor to work through the issues and create a successful H&M store location.
