Facts: Affordable Housing, 106 Units, Building Facade Upgrade

Description: The Mercy Housing building was in need of a facelift and Architecture Design Collaborative team, led by Derek Price, Director and Craig Chinn, AIA, principal delivered. By removing the failing EIFS system and replacing with new Cement Board in an assortment of colors, the building is now a place to be proud to walk into. The 106-unit affordable housing building also received new flashing and termination details adding to the overall modern look. The existing windows were maintained and repaired where needed. More than a third of the people Mercy Housing Colorado serves are Children and resident services are offered at no cost to residents.
