Facts: New lobby and elevator design, New Office TI
Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) worked on multiple projects at this location. Lead by Craig Chinn, AIA and Alexandra Gomez the scope was to completely remove the existing retail space and transform it into a collaborative office space, design new elevators and lobby for the new collaborative office space, office tenant improvements, restrooms, and other Landlord requirements. The tenant improvement included a new lounge area, new kitchen, open cubical, and private offices.
