The development provides a feeling that is reminiscent of a small street environment, Rodeo 39 has elements that entice visitors to wander throughout the space and enjoy the outdoor dining lounge, two patio spaces and arcade. At this public market, there is a wide variety of food vendors and compelling flavors to choose from. Rodeo 39 is a hub comprised of numerous restaurants, a brewery, rodeo bar, and coffee shops for you to experience. Pop-up shops were also incorporated into the program to give the visitors consumers a broad range of space to visit
