Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) is working to invigorate and contemporize the existing inline retail façade of this shopping center in Corona, CA. Led by Craig Chinn, the ADC team is collaborating to maximize impact for new leasing options while limiting the construction budget to the benefit of the client. The scope includes a new communal dining plaza and selective architectural improvements along the inline façade with an emphasis on upgrading materials, paint finishes, and landscaping. ADC has worked closely with city officials to incorporate the improvements into the existing architectural style and vernacular of Corona and expedite approvals with the goal of commencing construction by the end of 2017.
