Description: Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) worked with the Charles Company on this exciting mixed-use project in the City of West Covina, California. Lead by Chris Weimholt and Matt Morrell, the project is designed to transform an existing parking lot into a vibrant mixed-use project. The small boutique grocery that is planned for the retail space of the building will be a welcomed addition to a growing section of town.
