Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) is the design firm as well the architect of record for this very exciting apartment project in Chula Vista, CA. This project is unique in that it’s separated into four smaller sites by Public Streets and was required to include iconic architecture on six different corners. Designed by Chris Weimholt AIA and Corey DeManty, the project combines a variety of building types to achieve over 32 units to the acre while creating a dynamic living, social and work environment. Building types consist of a Mixed-Use four story structure, three story stacked flats and three story live/work townhomes with commercial uses. Amenities include a resort style pool, multiple outdoor living rooms, fitness center, pet spa, bicycle repair shop, game rooms, leasing and clubhouse.
