Located in Antioch, CA, ADC has created a masterplan for a new community development. With over 700 multifamily and senior living residences, office park, hotel, retail and restaurants, this walkable community is linked with tree lined pedestrian paths and parks for people to gather, share and celebrate. Pavilions, amphitheaters, and shaded seating areas transform the office park into a vibrant hub with public art, unique character, and an extension of community life.
