Transforming an urban infill 5-acre site, this medium-density complex offers 148 thoughtfully designed dwelling units. The three-story apartments include spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom layouts, ensuring comfort for all residents. With a density of 30 units per acre, this project effectively utilizes its space to meet housing needs in Sacramento County.
