Transforming an urban infill 5-acre site, this medium-density complex offers 148 thoughtfully designed dwelling units. The three-story apartments include spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom layouts, ensuring comfort for all residents. With a density of 30 units per acre, this project effectively utilizes its space to meet housing needs in Sacramento County.

Community-Centric Amenities

At the center of Anton Arcade lies a vibrant community hub. The clubhouse building boasts an inviting lounge and center. Residents can enjoy the refreshing outdoor pool, spa, and recreation area. Features such as a dedicated play structure and after-school program foster a family-friendly environment, and onsite resident services cater to the diverse needs of the community.
