Casa Aliento

Casa Aliento transforms an existing motel property in Oxnard into permanent supportive housing. The adaptive-reuse project renovates two buildings on a 1.84-acre site to provide 70 residences, primarily studio units, together with a dedicated office and community building for resident support.

Covered open-air circulation brings natural light and ventilation into the project, while shared indoor and outdoor spaces support daily services and community life. The reuse strategy gives an existing property a new long-term purpose while expanding affordable and supportive housing options in the community.
