Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) was very excited to see this project through to completion in 2014. This project began at our previous firm, led by Craig Chinn. The ADC team then continued to finish the project as the Owner’s Representatives. As ADC, we worked on numerous additions to the mall as well as other tenants. ADC was integral in all aspects of this mall renovation through designing and directing all architectural changes. This included exterior entrance enhancements, signage, custom lighting, typical common area lighting, restroom design and renovation, as well as FF&E. This renovation consisted of replacement of the entire common area flooring as well as a refreshed paint palette throughout the interior. New amenities were designed and installed for the common area. Exterior improvements included new paint and signage modifications at all 7 mall entrances. The food court received all of these upgrades as well as a new furniture package.
