Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) worked with the landlord at The Gallery Food Hall in Santa Monica to repurpose a small, underutilized space into an EveryTable kiosk. Flooring was used to delineate the space and electrical was added for the glass-front refrigerators. The space was designed to include a counter and shelving for the tenant’s products. The space is located at the entrance to The Gallery Food Hall making it perfect to grab a meal on the go.
