ADC designed and rendered this tower over a weekend as the pressure was on from the client. This 350 ft tower was proposed to a medical group for their new corporate location in a prominent cityscape. On the lower streetside of the building, retail shops and amenities are available for passersby, while the majority of the building would be medical office suites. The building also has a roof top area with views overlooking the ocean. The space houses restaurants and lounges for the patrons to enjoy while either working on site, waiting for appointments, or stopping by just to have a bite to eat.
