Architecture Design Collaborative teamed up with Boos Development to develop a parcel of the new commercial center at the Northwest corner of Pine and Mill Creek Avenue in Chino, CA. This project was a new ground up one-story building with three (3) bays for auto service, an area for customer service and administration, and storage at the underground level. As part of the site development, the project included new parking spaces and a trash enclosure to serve the building.
