Project Year: 2018
Project Role: Architecture + Interior Design
ADC completed a roughly 7,000 SF renovation of the resident amenity spaces at RedPeak Colorado Station, an existing 160-unit apartment community in Denver’s University Park area. The project focused on reworking underperforming interior spaces to create a more open, contemporary amenity experience for residents.
Existing spaces were reconfigured to create a larger club room and resident lounge, while the leasing lobby, staff offices, fitness center, and restrooms were completely upgraded and refinished. The renovation gave the community a stronger shared gathering space while improving the everyday functions that support both residents and property management.
ADC also redesigned the resident mail and package areas to accommodate increasing package deliveries and refreshed the existing laundry facilities to align with the new interior design. Today, Colorado Station continues to market the renovated resident lounge, fitness center, meeting areas, package lockers, coffee bar, and updated laundry facilities as key community amenities.
The project is a good example of how a targeted renovation can reposition an existing multifamily community without requiring a complete building redevelopment: reorganizing the amenity program, improving functionality, and creating spaces that feel current and more useful to residents.
