GGP, owners and operators of Rivertown Crossings, presented Architecture Design Collaborative with the opportunity to upgrade the mall without a total renovation. The exterior highlights stores with faux windows and backlit graphics. The new finishes on the building, new guardrails, new awnings, and decorative lighting all add to the refresh. ADC enhanced the existing high traffic areas with paint, carpet, and furniture. The bulkhead around the Center Court received awnings and windows giving it the look of third story outdoor façade.  The food court paint and materials highlight each food tenant individually.  Entrances, common concourse ceilings, bulkheads, railings, and elevator shaft were all painted revitalizing each area of the mall.
