Architecture Design Collaborative (ADC) worked on invigorating and contemporizing the existing inline retail façade of this shopping center in Corona, CA. The ADC team is collaborated with the client to maximize impact for new leasing options while limiting the construction budget. The scope included a new communal dining plaza and selective architectural improvements along the inline façade with an emphasis on upgrading materials, paint finishes, and landscaping. ADC worked closely with city officials to incorporate the improvements into the existing architectural style and vernacular of Corona.
