Working within the existing Upland Town Square retail center, Architecture Design Collaborative developed a new, street oriented, multi-tenant retail project with drive-thru access located on the famous U.S. Route 66.  While retaining visibility and access to the existing tenants, ADC was able to increase frontage, leasable area, and overall parking count with a simple, modern approach.
