Working within the existing Upland Town Square retail center, Architecture Design Collaborative developed a new street oriented multi-tenant retail project with drive-thru access located on famous U.S. Route 66.  While retaining visibility and access to the existing tenants, ADC was able to increase frontage, leasable area and overall parking count with a simple, modern approach.
