ADC adapted Wild Fork Foods’ rollout program to a 4,031 SF Laguna Niguel location, combining an interior tenant improvement with a site-specific exterior redesign. The project transformed a dated freestanding building into a more contemporary specialty market that expresses the Wild Fork brand both inside and out. Exterior improvements gave the building a clearer identity and stronger street presence, while the interior was organized around the operational requirements of the frozen meat and seafood concept. The result balances a repeatable national brand system with architectural decisions tailored to the existing building and its Laguna Niguel setting.
