ADC supported Boos Development West in bringing Wild Fork Foods’ first California store to Mission Viejo, providing architectural services from early concept work through final delivery. The 4,500 SF specialty market introduced the brand’s frozen meat and seafood retail model to the West Coast within a remodeled tenant space at Trabuco Hills Shopping Center. The design coordinated the contemporary Wild Fork brand with the practical requirements of freezer displays, customer circulation, checkout, and market operations. Completed in 2021, the project established an early Southern California prototype that helped support the brand’s continued expansion across the region.
