ADC provided interior design for Mar View, the Echo Park hillside homes developed with DB Companies near Marview Avenue and White Knoll Drive. The planned community looks over downtown Los Angeles and Dodger Stadium, so the interiors were built around light, view, and a quiet material palette rather than applied decoration.

Each home uses the same finish language: Italian porcelain tile, white oak flooring, quartz counters in kitchens and bathrooms, Wolf appliances, and selected light fixtures. Kitchens and baths were the rooms that had to carry the quality of the project; living spaces were kept simple so the outlook does the work.

ADC’s scope was interiors. The houses were sold as individual homes inside one planned community.
