Client: Cadence Capital Investments

Project Facts: 1,702 SF Architectural Tenant Improvement · Fast Casual Dining · Drive-Thru

Project Year: 2017

Project Role: Architect

ADC worked with Cadence Capital Investments to transform an existing 1,702-square-foot commercial space into Castañeda’s Mexican Food in Victorville, California. The fast casual restaurant combines dine-in and drive-through service within a compact footprint, requiring thoughtful architectural planning to accommodate both customer convenience and the demands of a commercial kitchen.

ADC provided architectural services for the entire 1,702-square-foot tenant improvement, coordinating the dining and service areas with food preparation, cooking equipment, refrigeration, storage, and supporting building systems. The layout integrates accessible restrooms and a drive-through service window while working within the constraints of the existing retail building.

Completed in 2017, the project demonstrates how efficient planning and careful coordination can transform an existing commercial space into a functional restaurant environment, supporting multiple service options without requiring extensive changes to the building’s exterior.
