Alexan Rivue

Alexan Rivue is a 253-unit multifamily community in Chula Vista’s Millenia neighborhood designed by ADC for Trammell Crow Residential. The approximately 8.3-acre development includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences and was conceived as a highly amenitized residential community within the growing mixed-use district.

ADC gave the community a contemporary architectural character organized around strong building forms, varied massing, recessed balconies, warm material accents, and prominent corner elements that establish identity throughout the site. A dedicated leasing and amenity building creates a recognizable arrival point, while the residential buildings frame landscaped streets, pedestrian connections, and shared outdoor spaces.

At the center of the amenity program is an approximately 10,000-square-foot clubhouse paired with a large resort-style pool deck. The broader community includes resident gathering spaces, collaborative work areas, club lounges, outdoor recreation, and other amenities intended to extend daily life beyond the individual apartments.
