Argaux Wine Shop

Argaux Warehouse transformed an aging Costa Mesa storage facility into a place that could support both the technical demands of a growing wine business and the hospitality experience at the heart of the Argaux brand. ADC reworked the existing building to bring together temperature-controlled wine storage, operational and loading areas, a tasting kitchen, refreshed restrooms, and flexible spaces for events and gatherings.

The most technical component was the custom wine-storage environment. ADC coordinated the building improvements and mechanical systems required to maintain controlled conditions for long-term wine preservation while integrating those back-of-house functions into a much broader customer experience. The renovation also restored the existing atrium with new skylights and refreshed planting, turning it into a naturally lit gathering space rather than simply treating the project as a warehouse conversion.
