Everytable at The Gallery

ADC worked with the landlord at The Gallery Food Hall on Santa Monica’s Third Street Promenade to transform a small, underused space near the building entrance into an Everytable grab-and-go location. The compact footprint needed to support the tenant’s refrigerated meal program while remaining open and visible to customers entering the food hall.

ADC used a change in flooring to define the kiosk within the larger circulation area and coordinated new electrical service for the glass-front refrigerators. A simple counter and integrated shelving provided space for checkout and product display without overbuilding the small footprint. Positioned on the ground floor near the entrance, the location gave Everytable a convenient presence for customers looking for a quick meal while allowing the formerly underutilized area to contribute to the activity of the newly renovated food hall.
