ADC worked with GGP + Brookfield to deliver Carlo’s Bakery’s first Atlanta location at Perimeter Mall. The highly visible 300-square-foot kiosk brought the bakery brand into the center of the mall, but the project required more than the customer-facing retail space. ADC also developed a remote back-of-house kitchen and storage area to support daily bakery operations.

ADC provided design review, construction documents, permitting, and construction administration for both the kiosk and support spaces. The team coordinated closely with the tenant, kiosk fabricator, general contractor, and local jurisdiction to keep the project moving toward a fixed grand-opening date. The result connected a compact branded kiosk with the production and storage infrastructure required to operate it successfully within an active regional mall.
