ADC designed Heroes Landing in Santa Ana as a permanent supportive housing community created specifically for formerly homeless veterans. The three-story development combines residential living with extensive services and amenities, creating a setting focused on stability, wellness, and community. ADC’s original portfolio lists 76 dwelling units, while Jamboree describes 75 supportive apartments for veterans and their families.

A U-shaped building opens onto nearly 10,000 square feet of outdoor space with a community garden, reflection areas, gathering spaces, a sports court, and pet amenities. A 4,500-square-foot community center provides fitness and yoga rooms, multipurpose spaces, computer facilities, counseling rooms, and offices for veteran service providers. The project was completed in 2020.
