ADC partnered with Schnitzer Properties on a new ground-up retail building for Harbor Freight at Von Karman Plaza in Irvine. The approximately 14,800-square-foot shell building uses durable CMU construction with a wood roof system and was designed to accommodate Harbor Freight while fitting comfortably within the scale and character of the existing shopping center.

ADC was involved from early concept design through entitlements, permitting, and construction, coordinating the project through final turnover. The completed store opened in 2024 at 2150 Barranca Parkway and became part of the tenant mix at the 241,578-square-foot Von Karman Plaza.
