Client: GGP

Project Facts: 15 Locations Nationwide · Landlord Architecture · Storefront Design + Coordination

Project Role: Architect

ADC worked with GGP on a 15-location H&M program across shopping centers throughout the United States. The work was primarily landlord-side, with ADC providing landlord architecture and storefront design for most locations. Each store had to fit H&M’s established retail identity within a different existing mall condition, from traditional inline storefronts to larger multi-level spaces and exterior entries.

Depending on the location, ADC coordinated existing conditions, landlord requirements, construction documents, storefront interfaces, and the work required to prepare each space for the incoming H&M store. The result was a consistent H&M presence across very different properties without forcing the same architectural solution onto every location. The program reflects ADC’s experience coordinating national retail rollouts across multiple shopping centers, project teams, and construction conditions.
