ADC adapted Kura Sushi USA’s fast-casual concept for a new 4,016 SF location in Bellevue, Washington. The tenant improvement included a new kitchen, restrooms, fixtures, furnishings, finishes, and the infrastructure required for Kura’s revolving sushi and technology-driven ordering system.

Warm wood ceilings, decorative lighting, and clean Japanese-inspired finishes create a contemporary backdrop for the restaurant’s signature conveyor system and touch-screen ordering. The result carries Kura’s established brand experience into a new location while responding to the specific conditions of the Bellevue space.
