ADC converted a former Ross at Warm Springs Plaza into a new 99 Ranch Market for Tawa Supermarket. The project combines a full grocery store with EatUp!, a large food and dining component, within the existing retail shell.

ADC provided architecture and interior design for the complete store, including grocery planning, produce, meat and seafood departments, refrigeration, lighting, fixtures, POS areas, prepared foods, and supporting back-of-house spaces. Dark ceilings, focused lighting, graphics, and new department identities give the market a more contemporary character.

EatUp! extends the project beyond grocery with multiple food operators, shared seating, and Piju Social Hour. The result brings grocery, prepared food, dining, and gathering together in one destination.
