ADC worked with Brookfield on the repositioning of approximately 20,000 SF of retail space at West Roads in Omaha. The project focused on an exterior renovation intended to refresh the existing property and strengthen its presence within an established regional shopping destination. Rather than replacing the center wholesale, the work concentrated on targeted architectural improvements that could update the customer-facing environment and support an evolving retail mix. The project reflects a focused repositioning strategy, using exterior design interventions to extend the usefulness of existing retail space and give it a more current identity.
