Wild Fork Encinitas on Leucadia Boulevard designed by Architecture Design Collaborative

Client: Wild Fork

Project Facts: 3,354 SF · Signage and interior

Project Year: 2024

Project Role: Architect

ADC designed Wild Fork Foods’ Encinitas store as a 3,354 SF tenant improvement in an existing building on Leucadia Boulevard. Value engineering kept the building exterior and put the budget into the interior layout and the brand pieces that read from the street — signage and logo rather than a full facade rebuild.

Inside, the plan follows the Wild Fork kit: clear circulation, freezer runs, checkout, and graphics that match the other Southern California stores. The work shows how the prototype can land in a smaller inline space without copying the larger Encino or Costa Mesa exteriors.

The Encinitas store opened in 2024 and extended the brand into North County San Diego.
