RedPeak Properties acquired the 40-unit, six-story apartment building at 1311 Cook Street in Denver and engaged ADC for a comprehensive renovation of the 1969 property. The work extended well beyond cosmetic updates, addressing apartment interiors, common areas, building systems, exterior improvements, and resident amenities.

ADC updated the residences with new flooring, paint, trim, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, closet doors, and balcony railings. Corridors, laundry rooms, and the lobby received new finishes, while underused basement rooms were converted into a fitness center, clubroom with kitchen, dog-wash station, and restroom. Exterior improvements included new paint and an entrance canopy, while the pool area received new tile and landscaping. RedPeak continues to market the renovated property around its updated interiors, indoor pool, resident amenities, and outdoor gathering spaces.
