ADC developed a full two-floor tenant improvement for an existing 34,000-square-foot concrete tilt-up office building in Aliso Viejo. The renovation reorganized and refreshed the workplace with new offices, break rooms, finishes and furniture, creating a more functional and contemporary environment for employees.

The scope extended beyond the interior to improve accessibility and the overall workplace experience. Exterior ADA upgrades, an enlarged patio and a refreshed landscape palette strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces while giving the existing building a more complete and welcoming identity.
