Anton Viridian is a three-story on-grade workforce housing project in Oakley, CA. The 6.43 acre site consists of 170 dwelling units, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom, within six residential buildings. An additional building holds leasing/service space and resident amenities such as a fitness center and club room. Outdoor amenities on the site include a park, a pool area, a tot lot, and a dog park.
