Perimeter Food Hall concept with sushi bar, restaurant seating, and central pedestrian path

Client: GGP + Brookfield

Project Facts: Conceptual Food Hall · Luxury Wing Activation · Four Restaurant Concepts

Project Role: Architecture + Interior Design

Photography: Architecture Design Collaborative

Perimeter Food Hall was an unbuilt concept developed for the luxury wing of Perimeter Mall in Atlanta. GGP + Brookfield asked ADC to explore a more elevated food experience that could complement the higher-end retail tenants and give shoppers another reason to spend time in this part of the center.

ADC envisioned four distinct restaurant concepts arranged along a gently winding path rather than a traditional food-court layout. The design drew inspiration from contemporary food halls in Europe and Asia, using smaller restaurant-style environments to create a more intimate dining experience.

The project remained conceptual, but it explored how food and beverage could activate the luxury wing while feeling integrated with the larger Perimeter Mall renovation.
