Project Year: 2017

Project Role: Architecture + Interior Design

ADC refreshed the interior common areas at Coastland Center in Naples with a focused renovation of finishes, lighting, and furniture. The work introduced a new paint palette throughout corridors, courts, and main concourses, along with upgrades to energy-efficient LED lighting and new FF&E.

New seating areas were designed to fit the character of the upscale shopping center while giving customers a greater sense of comfort and privacy. Different styles of decorative dividers and screens define smaller conversation areas without closing them off from the mall. Oversized lounge seating, lamps, planters, and integrated power further support longer stays and everyday use.
