ADC worked with Simon to refresh the common areas at Columbia Center, a longstanding regional shopping destination serving the Tri-Cities. The renovation focused on creating a brighter, more contemporary environment while working within the existing architecture of the active shopping center.

ADC developed a new flooring design and interior paint concept that transformed the character of the concourses with a lighter palette, cleaner visual lines, and a more cohesive identity throughout the property. The design also included new furniture and seating selections intended to strengthen gathering areas and improve the overall guest experience.

Rather than reinventing the center, the approach focused on making strategic changes with a broad visual impact. New finishes, color, and furnishings work together to give the existing mall a noticeably fresher and more current feel.
