ADC designed Wild Fork Foods’ Encino store on Ventura Boulevard, converting the former Delmonico’s restaurant into a 5,225 SF specialty market. The project had to deliver the brand’s contemporary grocery format on a tight commercial-corner site while meeting neighborhood specific-plan requirements for parking, accessibility, and the public edge.

The existing linear skylight was kept and became part of the sales-floor layout, so daylight still reaches the product and the room stays open rather than reading as a dark freezer box. Exterior work introduces Wild Fork’s current storefront language without erasing the scale of the boulevard. Inside, circulation, freezer runs, and checkout were planned to make a small footprint feel clear and easy to shop.

The Encino store opened in 2024 and set the direction for ADC’s continuing Wild Fork work across Southern California.
