CTR Signage

ADC developed a signage and branding package for Trammell Crow Residential’s multifamily community in downtown Anaheim. Designed as part of the exterior architectural experience, the signage helps identify the property, guide residents and visitors, and reinforce a consistent visual character throughout the development. ADC’s original project description notes that signage was also used to identify key amenities across the property.

A restrained material palette tied the individual elements together, with brass used as a recurring detail to create a cohesive identity across different locations. Rather than treating signage as an applied graphic layer, the design was coordinated with the architecture so that building identification, branding, and wayfinding became part of the overall residential environment.
